Vision Engineering & Fabrications was established in February 2000.
We boast a complete in-house fabrication and machining facility at Steeles and Dixie Rd. in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. The backbone of our company is supported by our diverse array of fabricators, welders, machinists and millwrights. Our service trucks offer full on-site capabilities backed by $5,000,000 CGL and open flame hot-works insurance.
As a complete industrial service centre, Vision Engineering & Fabrications provides rapid turnaround, competitive pricing and guaranteed quality.
We offer everything from basic material preparation, production weldments, fixture fabrication and machining, to on-site repairs, industrial maintenance, safety railings and guarding, to complex fabrications and installations.
Our customer base is a varied one, ranging from waste and recycling processing plants, to construction machinery and support equipment manufacturers, tool & die/molding manufacturers, to commercial, scholastic and residential property management support.

SHOP LABOURER
Salary: $TBA/hr
Experience: 2 years of hard work
Description of role: Giving the lads a hand with the potential to learn a thing or two.
FITTER/WELDER/FABRICATOR
Experience: 5+ years
Description of role: GMAW, GTAW, SMAW all position. Blueprint reading. Torch, plasma and all basic shop tool knowledge and experience (this includes shear, press, rollers, etc). Ability to think on their feet, lying down or crawling around. This job commands a person who is willing to get their hands dirty and show some friggin' pride in their work. There will be more pay to come if you can exhibit all of these things. Oh, and a clean "G" licence.
FITTER/WELDER/MILLWRIGHT
Experience: 5+ yrs
Description of role: Must posess all of the above fitter/welder requirements for starters. Next, you must have intricate knowledge and experience with industrial mechanics, machinery repair, moving, installation, and trouble-shooting on-the-fly. The ability to rig chains and slings, operate genie-booms, scissor-lifts, step-deck cranes and forklifts is an absolute. Red Seal an asset but not a requirement.
WORKING SITE/SHOP FOREMAN
Salary: TBA/hr
Experience: 10+ years
Description of role: To carry all of the above mentioned job skills x 3, and be able to exploit them by example. Watch over the flock and make sure things are being carried out safely and efficiently, while being productive in your own right. Must be hard but fair. Our customers demand the best. Be it a silly little bracket or a 60 foot grain silo, it must be done right and it's your job to see it is.
